Erin Grindstaff - Designer

AKA, Erin #2, TinyXL, and sometimes “Starburst.” We started working with with Erin #2 a month or so before we hired her as the primary designer behind the FPP project’s app. Oh, she also likes to blog about food stuffs here.

Robert Woodward - Programmer Intern

Enter Robert Woodward - the youngster of our group. Robert bends, nay, commands the Ruby language to do his bidding… sometimes for Good, but usually for Evil. Favorite food? Peanuts.

Allyn Bauer - Programmer Intern

Yes, Allyn with a y. Like Robert, Allyn also wrangles Ruby code to accomplish tremendous, courageous feats. The first time we talked with Allyn (via his phone interview), we said “This is BrightMix,” and he replied, “Sweet.” Instantly hired!

Andy Van Engen - Designer

Creator of the layout for this blog! Andy’s an experienced designer with a penchant for making things look sweet, awesome, and blinged out. Andy also listens to a lot of podcasts and specializes in creating wet floor effects on logos.

Erin Hawkins - BrightMix Employee #1

SeƱora Developer, Union Rep, Social Chair, professional guitar lesson attendee, and part time Lunch Lady. Erin does it all. She even runs the company from time to time!

Kevin Zink - MF BrightMix Owner

Your every day office manager guy - minus the pointy hair. Kevin facilitates the hacking of Ruby for the intern programmers, chips in ideas from time to time, blogs, and beats everyone up in foosball.

Dusty Davidson - MF BrightMix Owner

Originator of the idea behind the FPP application. Over the course of the 2008 Internship, we will be attempting to extract ideas from Dusty’s cabeza. Dusty is also working hard at developing the business aspect around the FPP application.
